        The Hamiltonian formulation of classical mechanics reveals an underlying Lie algebraic structure which is a key element for developing an efficient perturbation theory. But Lie structures are met in a wider class of dynamical systems, called Poisson systems ; some examples are, among others, fluid dynamics, electrodynamics, kinetic theory. In the first part of this thesis, we propose a purely algebraic approach to classical perturbation theory to extend its scope to any Poisson system.
