ABSTRACT 
	We  consider the equations  of Green-Naghdi (1976) describing three-dimensional dispersive 
	shallow water  waves. In the stationary case, by using the transformation to semi-lagrangian 
	coordinates, we obtain different multi-dimensional exact solutions: periodic solutions, 
	solutions with recirculation zone etc.
