The conference fee is 40
Euros and will include the proceedings,
coffee breaks... .
After the deadline for registration (July, 9th)
this fee will be80 Euros.
A limited number of grants may be available in priority for young
scientists. The request should contain a short motivation letter and a
CV.
Accompanying persons : The
price
(full board) for an adult is 72.57 Euros per day, for a child aged 2-12
:
36.57 Euros per day. There are no charges for children aged 0-2. The
conference takes care of registration, the payment however has to be
made
directly to the holiday resort "VVF" La Badine upon arrival. The
VVF accepts cash, credit cards and (only french) checks.
Registration is done via the
conference homepage and works in two steps. The first step concerns the
scientific part,
the second one the details about your housing (precise arrival and
departure dates, accommpagnying persons, payment etc.).
Step 1 : If you intend to attend QMath9 we need your name and address
and, should you wish to give one, the (tentative) title of your talk as
well as the session which you think is appropriate. Please go to the
page "Preregistration" and fill in the form.
Your name should appear on the page "Participants" after a few days.
The deadline for talk proposals is June, 14th, 2004.
Step 2 : Preregistered participants will receive an email with an
internet address and a password allowing to chose their type of room,
to give their
precise arrival and departure day etc. The mail will also specify if
their talk is accepted or not.
The total amount to pay is then automatically computed in
function of the informations provided. This amount is due to the
conference which takes care of the reservation on the conference site.

accepted as long as they are in Euro. (If
you send a check in another currency you must add the equivalent of 20
Euros for bank fees). The check should clearly mention YOUR NAME
