Central limit theorem for locally perturbed
Fermi gasses
We present an estimate for the large-time, n-point correlation
functions in locally perturbed Fermi gases, in their (equilibrium or)
steady state. This estimate was used in recent work with Jaksic and
Pillet to prove
a quantum central limit theorem and construct the observable algebra
for time fluctuations of, e.g., fluxes
between locally coupled Fermi reservoirs, initially in equilibrium at
different temperatures.
