This school is
intended for researchers, postdocs and PhD students, primarily those
working in or associated units CNRS. .
The
registration
procedures
are
done in two steps :
- To attend school, you must complete the application form online.
Subsequently, if you are accepted
then your name appears on the list of
participants and you will receive an official invitation letter by
email.
- After attending the school, you must
fill in
the assessment questionnaire online.
For administrative reasons, it is important that you engage youself in
doing this.
You
can have an estimate of living expenses, knowing that accommodation for
a double room to share costs about 28.50 euros in an apartment and 75
Euros to the hotel, a meal costs about 10 euros to Intitut and 18 EUR
restaurant.
- For
CNRS
agents,
the
lodging and board are fully supported by the ongoing
formation of the CNRS (please check with R. Triay). You can ask your
delegation to take care of your travel.
- For academics, postdocs and PhD
students, if their presence is of scientific interest for the school,
they can ask to the organizers to take charge of their living expenses.
- Participants can pay the
accommodation costs, food ... on site, as follows :
- Either by check payable to "régisseur des recettes de
Cargèse" (the cash management officer of
Cargese)
- In cash
- By credit card
- Or send to Mrs Brigitte
Cassegrain (tel: +33(0)495268048) an order form of the organization
that supports subsistence.
