The on-line registration is at IESC website (tab "SW13 : Hot topics in Modern Cosmology") here For the very first step to register at this workshop, go tab "Create new account"
and you will receive instantaneously an email message with your login
ID (beware, it is different for each event at IESC). If you do not have
received it then check first in your spam box before send a message to Roland Triay.
To proceed for the registration, login again and fill the online form;
choose the option "lecturer" as status. To submit a talk then give the
(tentative) title of your contribution with an abstract (can be
provided later).You will be informed by email, with a formal invitation
letter, whether your application is accepted.
Deadline : 14 April 2019 Use your ID code to complete/modify your registration form (with your dates of arrival and departure, your choice of accommodation, your specific food, etc. .). Unless you organise your journey by yourself (in this case, choose "do not need accommodation" in the registration form) IESC will provide your lodging solution as close as possible to your wishes (including hotel, do not book it by yourself). In case of changes, it is essential that these informations be updated before the registration deadline. All the logistic will be based on your registration form |
| Registration fees amount to 240
€uros :
It corresponds to your financial contribution to the workshop
organization, for the use of the services of the institute
(secretariat, logistics, internet, amphitheater, ...). Note that this workshop is mainly self-financed by registration fees. Cost of your staying in the IESC : it corresponds to a five-day (six-night) package, which can be estimated here.
It includes accommodation with breakfast (unless you choose without lodgingl) and meals at the IESC. NB : For a complete estimate of the cost of your stay, you must add the cost of other expenses outside IESC (dinners, the boat / mountain trip and the transportation). NB (scam)
: Be careful not to respond to attempts to extort information in order
to deceive you, by email and phone, with travel agents (fictitious) or
anything else. Could you notify me in case of doubtful contacts. About
accomodation, any option you have chosen in the registration form, IESC
will take care of everything and will not call you by phone. |
