Current research topics

I am interested in the mechanisms of human behaviour from a physics point of view, looking in particular for universal properties of human interactions. My research is interdisciplinary, at the interface between Theoretical and Statistical Physics (collective phenomena, phase transitions, emergence), Data Science and Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology). It is best described as Sociophysics, as a part of the field of Computational Social Science.

I am a member of the SocioPatterns collaboration and part of the ANR DATAREDUX team.

Je m'intéresse aux mécanismes du comportement humain avec un point de vue de physicien, en particulier à la recherche de propriétés universelles des interactions entre individus. Ma recherche est interdisciplinaire, au croisement de la physique théorique, la physique statistique (phénomènes collectifs, transitions de phase, émergence), la data science et les sciences humaines et sociales (psychologie, sociologie). Elle fait partie de la sociophysique, branche de la computational social science.

Je suis membre de la collaboration SocioPatterns et fait partie de l'équipe de l'ANR DATAREDUX.

Forschungsthemen

Ich interessiere mich für die Mechanismen des Verhaltens der Menschen aus Perspektive der Physik, insbesondere für universale Eigenschaften in Sozialen Beziehungen. Meine Forschung ist interdisziplinär und umfasst theoretische Physik, statistische Physik (kollektives Verhalten, Phasenübergänge, Emergenz), Data Science sowie Sozialwissenschaften (Psychologie, Soziologie). Sie gehört zur Soziophysik, ein Teil der Computational Social Science.
