A few basic details..
Probably the first thing to say is that my name is pronounced roughly eefa. It's Irish like my mother, and my last name is Indian.
I have been a researcher at the Centre de Physique Théorique in Marseille since January 2015.
My Physics-life began as an undergraduate student at University College, Oxford,
where I was tutored (amongst others) by John Wheater and
my MPhys project was supervised by Graham Ross. I then went up to the Institute of
Particle Physics Phenomenology in Durham where
I did my PhD thesis supervised by Patricia Ball (for her publications see
here).
I was then fortunate enough to get a three-year postdoc position with Gudi Moortgat-Pick in Hamburg (for her publications see
here)
where I was based at DESY.
I then spent a little over a year in Martin Beneke's group T31 at the Technical University, Munich before coming here.
During this time, I've been extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to work with some great collaborators
(I just list those who are still working in physics, in chronological order):
- David Straub
- Wolfgang Altmannshofer
- Andrzej Buras
- Thorsten Feldmann
- Georg Weiglein
- Sven Heinemeyer
- Federico von der Pahlen
- Krzysztof Rolbiecki
- Jan Kalinowski
- Sasha Belyaev
- Daniele Barducci
- Veronica Sanz
- Werner Porod
- Moritz McGarrie
- Andreas Goudelis
- Roman Zwicky
- Torsten Pfoh
- Tanja Geib
- Francesco Dighera
- Stefan Recksiegel
- Pedro Ruiz Femenia
- Andrzej Hryczuk
- Felix Bruemmer
- Ronan Ruffault
- Cedric Meaux
Now that I'm in Marseille I'm planning on continuing working with the above people but also others in the CPT, CPPM as well as in Montpellier and maybe you.
