Abstract
I
describe the basic physics of the temperature and polarisation
anisotropies of the CMB, and explain how the temperature and
polarisation power spectra depend on the cosmological parameters. I
finish the lecture by describing how gravitational waves affect the CMB. |
Bibliography
- Lecture
slides will be made available before the lectures. They should be
self-explanatory, and I would encourage you to print them out before
coming to the lectures. If you are brave, bring Weinberg’s “Cosmology” because
the notation follows his book.
