- Deadline for sending the manuscripts: October 15th, 2013
- Contributions must be written in LateX according to publisher's instructions (vietnam.tex, vietnam.sty, vietnam.pdf) in tar.file.

Please send all files (.tex, figures and .pdf) in a single compressed
file filename.tar.gz (where filename = YourFamilyName-N, N=contribution
number) to Vera de Sá-Varanda by email, by indicating "Contribution to Cosmology-Gravitation 2013" in the message subject.

The volume is ≤ 4 pages for a 15 minutes talk, or ≤ 8 pages for a 25 minutes talk
- The contributions will be processed globally, please do not use your own (extra) LateX macros.
Social Events
- Welcome cocktail on Sunday July 28th at 19:00.
- Excursion on Wednesday July 31st morning.
- Conference dinner on Friday August 2nd in the evening.
- All participants and their families are invited to regularly scheduled events.
- If you and/or a guest wish to organize a special tour, a tour operator at the hotel can help you.
- Several post-conference tours will be proposed for participants: see the program here.
- It
will also be possible to have a short (1-2 days) tour either before or
after the conference. However, this will have to be arranged directly
by the participant through a local travel agency.
