  1. Cost and How to Pay : Informative document which refers to the cost of your staying.
  2. Group Photos (A,B,C) : additional photos will be provided by email.
  3. Instructions for the Proceedings (deadline February 29th 2012) : please download (Instructions, Template) and if necessary an Introduction to LaTeX2e.
    Your contribution should be self-contained - please avoid using journal specific packages, since these may not be (probably will not be) compatible with the typesetting system we will be using to assemble the proceedings.
    The number of pages (printed) of your contribution depends on which session your talk was programmed : it is 6 for plenary, 3 for parallel and 2 for poster session.
