Modalities

This school is aimed at researchers, including postdocs and PhD students. It is organized by the French community but is open to international participants. Registration details are as follows:
  1. Fill online the application form. If you are accepted then you will receive a letter of invitation by email and your name appears on the list of participants.
  2. Proceed (before arrival) at the payment online on this server at tab "School of Astroparticle Physics" . You must first carry out a pre-registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in order to continue the payment process.
  3. Fill online the form (after attending school) "assessment questionnaire".
Participants are invited to present posters.

The costs
  • The registration fee includes participation in the school organization and transport between OHP and the meeting points (the railway stations of Manosque and Aix-TGV, Marseille Provence Airport) to the arrival/departure dates planned in the logistics of the school. They amount to 150 €.
  • Living expenses include meals and accommodation at the Maison Jean Perrin (MJP) for the total duration of the school. They amount to:
495 € : single room
 420 € : double room

Exemptions and subsidies
  • The CNRS agents are exempt from registration fees. In addition, they can apply for a financial support for their staying to the organizers and for their travel to their regional delegation of CNRS.
  • The CEA agents are exempt from registration fees.
  • An application for scholarship to cover the fees (registration, lodging and living expenses) can be considered. Participants can apply by email to Roland Triay (for relevant reasons).
