The school is aimed primarily at students and young researchers wishing to build or perfect their knowledge on Cosmic Rays. We strongly encourage the participation of female scientists with the aim to reinforce their presence in these topics.

Registration Fees

Deadline for payment of registration fees : November 25th, 2019

The registration fee includes:

  • Pick-up service from/to Airport and TGV railways station on Monday and Saturday.
  • Welcome party, Coffee breaks.
  • Social activities and Banquet.

Payment

Registration fees must be paid by bank card prior to your arrival on the payment website at the tab "PARC", where you must first carry out a pre-registration. Then, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in order to continue the payment process.

NB: Click on tab "Prerecord" to pre-register (use a unique email address per person) and choose the registration fees amount (academic or PhD student). You will receive details by email to continue the payment process. If you can not use a bank card but prefer to do a bank transfer, you must request a purchase order (bon de commande) when filling the form.

Living expenses (accommodation and meals)

Meals and accommodation at the Maison Jean Perrin (MJP) must by paid separately on site by cash or banking card. They amount to:

Financial Support

scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available for covering the expense of your stay at the OHP (accommodation, welcome drink, coffee breaks and meals) but not the banquet and travel. To apply, please send a letter of motivation, an updated CV with a list of publications, and (for doctoral students) a letter of recommendation from your supervisor, to R. Triay. The result of your application will be sent asap (be patient, arbitration could take time).

CNRS employees

CNRS employees are exempt from registration fees and (where possible) accommodation fees, and they can ask their regional CNRS delegation to cover their travel expenses.
